As a beginner player, I wanted to purchase my own set but did not want to invest three as a beginner player, I wanted to purchase my own set but did not want to invest three to $500 in an expensive $300 to $500 in an expensive set. This set is very cute. The quality is very nice. Everything you need is in the set to begin to play except for a mat or tablecloth and the year cards it arrived quickly. This set is very cute. The Neoprene bag is of really nice quality and there is a little pocket inside for the counting chips and the dice and there is even a little device to show the north south east west direction if you do not have a mat that shows that. if you have a mat that is a little bit on the smaller side it would be able to fit inside this bag as well. I was impressed that there is also even an extra set of joker tiles that I was not expecting. This is a great set! Very, very pleased. Just note that there is no image on the blank side of the tiles. They are plain white, but you could decorate your own - and I plan to do mine!

Absolutely wonderful set just like my original tiles. The case is very well designed with lots of room and inside pocket to hold your Mahjong cards, dice, money purse, etc. Extremely pleased with this purchase … it was given as a gift and my friend was thrilled.
