It is a decent dollhouse but requires a lot of assembly. The “walls” are cardboard which was to be expected but they keep popping out of place. The windows are cardboard of course but they actually open up so over time they're going to look rough or even break off. It's not necessarily hard to assemble but it's a lot of pieces. Not the worst but for the price I could've spent not much more and gotten a name brand doll house with plastic walls instead of cardboard. My three year old will probably tear it up soon.
