This air purifier on night mode is quiet; however, if you adjust the settings, the noise isn't very loud. It more resembles white noise, regardless of the setting. On the first night I used it, I could tell the particles and germs in the air were cleared out of the room. I haven't slept this well in years. I've had it for a month now. I bought another one and plan to get one for the kitchen as well. I'm so happy I made this purchase.
