Set-up was super quick; the velcro to keep the pieces from sliding apart is very helpful. This was a present for my granddaughter's 1st birthday, and she started climbing on it as soon as it was set up. Perfect size for her now, but I assume she will outgrow it in another year. Note that the box it was shipped in said it was a "Couch", but it is definitely blocks as described and pictured; I assume "couch" is just a language translation problem.
