Fair value for the price. If the cat runs full speed, it rocks and occasionally falls over, but without adding weight and increasing price this works. He likes lying on the top, the scratch post, the little hideout, and the toys. One day we may get a taller version but this fit my need and budget. Surely these and the two scratch posts have saved my carpet and furniture a ton of cat scratching damages. In that sense, these are quite valuable to an owner.
