Bought for my twin two year olds to wear outside when around the pool. Quality is great and fits both nicely. They can work the zippers themselves which is tricky as I want to ensure they stay on at all times, but the buckles on the front keep the life vest on them, just not as secure as zipper buckles. This is an additional safety measure on top of keeping an eye on them at all times, so I am ensure of prolonged use in water as I didn't buy them for them to be floating in water with these. I bought as a safety measure when we are out of the water.
