It has a very good taste and is great to use when making salads, on bread when making sandwiches such as chicken salad ones or just putting a slice of cheese on the bread. I often use it as part of a salad made of chopped apples and chopped walnuts. It's also low in calories, fat, carbs and sodium plus has no added sugar.
