Cheap and feels like it

Complete garbage. Tried to open one of the frames to put a picture inside and the paper back was glued onto the plastic front - would have ripped if I kept trying so that one was unusable. On another, the back wasn't glued onto the puncture window but the back was attached off center to the frame, which would have been easily visible if I had set them out.
