Yes, assembly is required and definitely worth it! It's a bit shorter than our previous dresser but fits the natural motif! Quality wood and beautiful finishings that are also wood. FYI The black trim is not metal. Overall, we're happy! Included photo with door to hopefully provide an idea of the height…
