Very compact and a slimmer modern design.

Build quality: Excellent Resistance: Stronger than expected! Great Resistance. Ease of use: Very compact and a slimmer modern design. Making it more portable to carry for use with yoga. Comfort: Very comfortable and does not pinch when using the bands. Pro Tip: I like that I can connect three bands to create a longer band to use in workout class. These bands come in handy to have your own set instead of using the community bands at the gym. Worth the value!

Amount Of Resistance I Want

These were purchased to replace my old one. It had a tear in it that finally broke all the way. I'm not sure but these may be a little more resistant (the heaviest one) than my old ones. Been too long to remember the old when they were new, which could be why these seem more resistant. Whatever the reason I'm happy to have more again. I used to use them only when my hip bursitis would kick in. Now I use them all the time, hoping the bursitis stays away. Thank you, RM.
