Several broken parts.

This item has broken parts when we tried to assemble. One of the box wasn't packaged correctly and several pieces are broken. Outside of box looks fine but inside is a hot mess. Now we can't assemble and not sure who to call. What do I need to do to a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing because I was looking forward to my new island.
