Perfect sourdough pan!
I did not have high hopes s my cast iron one started rusting after just a month. However I have only used this 4 times and I love it. The shape is perfect for a sandwich type bread but not exactly a loaf. It's wider and gives a perfect crisp. It's also beautiful, the perfect blue. I'm hoping to get another during wal marts version of prime days.

Great Little Cast Iron Loaf Pan
I really liked the Cast Iron Bread Pan except for 2 things. First are the handles...they are difficult to maneuver %26 don't really allow you to positively know if you've got the lid on securely. Second is that it is actually a little small for my use. Some people may like a smaller pan but I need to get something larger than 2 qt. for my purposes.

Beautiful, heavy piece that feels like it will last forever. One thing I noticed is that, unlike a normal lid, there is no lip, so the top and bottom do not overlap or connect securely in any way. The top just rests on the bottom in the oven.
