30-40 Large Gun Safe for Pistol, Unassembled Gun Safe with LCD Keypad and Adjustable Shlef, Digital Gun Cabinet for Home and Shotguns with Mute Function & Dual Alarm

After completing the steps for the construction of this product, I find that two bolts and specialty screws needed for shelves 9 and 10 are missing. These specialty items are not listed in the "Exploded View %26 Part List" page. No information about who to contact is provided. I'm still looking for a workaround for this problem.

One of the biggest reasons to buy this is it comes un assembled, I wanted one upstairs, and even the small safes are 300 pounds! Took several trips up and down the stairs but 2 or 3 pieces of a 100 pound gun cabinet are much more doable for an average person. It's sturdy enough to deter kids and smash and grab type thieves, but with a few tools I could get inside in a few minutes, the hinges are a really weak spot on this design, hammer and pry bar would bust them pretty quickly I'm sure. I left out the 'shelf' above the long gun area, even my shortest shotgun didn't fit, Carbines only if you put it in. I recommend Lowe's Kobalt brand rust inhibiting tool box liner for the floor and shelves, comes in a roll in the hand tools section. padding, rust resistance, and non skid for buttstocks! Also, there's no way even 30 long guns will ever fit in there! Maybe with alot of pistols on the shelves? Dunno..... Bottom line a good security cabinet, but it's not gonna stop a determined thief, but guests and kids won't be getting in it anytime soon.
