I wear the brace when working on the computer for long periods of time to help prevent numbness in my fingers caused from weight pressing on my elbow. Not only is it helpful, I also like that the brace is a pretty pink. I liked it so much I purchased a second brace. I sometimes just place them both upside down in front of the computer and just lean on the braces without putting them on when on the computer for a short time.
