I would this product again and again

I honestly can say size up! Ok, I'm 5'4 190 and an extra large fits just right in certain shirts but particular for Polos like this one 2x fits right with a little bit of room!I say measure first. I do believe it shrinks with high heat drying and hot water washing. I say you won't be disappointed for the price and quality!
