Protege 5 Piece Spinner Luggage Set, Gray, Includes 28" and 25" Check bags, 21" Carry-on

Luggage set is sturdy and well made and was actually much cheaper than the set I had ordered from different sources. Extremely satisfied Will be leaving for trip end of the week, this order was a I need at last minute, and can say Blessing in disguise!! Ordered it late at night and received by 11 am the next day

I order this set to use on 2 upcoming international trips and only used the 25” suitcase on my first trip so my review is only for the 25” checked suitcase. It was a nightmare! First off, the handle does NOT stay up when you are pushing it. It constantly collapses down making it a nightmare to push and you can only pull it which doesn't work well with spinner luggage. Second, the wheels do NOT roll smoothly and go every which way but straight. Thirdly, it falls over constantly!! This is not a big bag (not carry on) but a smaller checked bag. I did not have this bag overloaded in any way and weighed at the airport weighed 32lbs. No matter what this bag constantly fell over. Thank god it was the checked bag and not the smaller bag in the set that I would have had to carry thru the airport and possibly have issues with which would have been worse. I did not use any other piece in the set so I can not give a review of them other that the 2 travel pouch bags are very cheap plastic like material and if used would not last before they fell apart in my opinion. I'm returning this set and will be purchasing a more expensive set that will not have this problem. You get what you pay for. My advice is to buy luggage in person, check it out, make sure it has good spinners and that the center of balance is correct for the wheels and CHECK that the handle locks in the up position!
