Great way to start learning about glucose

I've learned a lot from using Lingo. Putting on the sensor was a little intimidating the first time, but the instructions were clear and it didn't hurt at all. It was easy to connect and I've been able to see my glucose levels and log my meals and exercise. For me the biggest surprise has been the impact of exercise on my glucose - seeing the effect is encouraging me to take those short walks after meals. The app has great recipes and meal ideas too, which I am looking forward to trying out.

The true test of how good it was came when four days after installation I accidentally ripped it off while putting on a sweater. Too many “helpful” software options

The software is so busy, for lack of a better word. I just want a record of my glucose and results on demand. And please fix the unreliable Bluetooth connectivity. I have to reset it or reboot my phone at least once a day! Great price and painless, but somewhat annoying.
