Best Pilates table- machine

Very sturdy and comfortable pilates machine/table. Instructions for assembly were very easy to understand and were provided in step by step fashion. Main table already came as assembled and just needed unfolding which is very helpful. It can be a bit heavy to handle for opening and installing so have a helping hand while opening the box. Otherwise the best purchase you can make. I will recommend this to people who have been to pilates classes or have some knowledge how to use it. The information booklet comes with some basic exercises and you can add exercises as you advance.
