It comes with 4 different heads, a cute case for your toothbrush, and even a cover for the toothbrush head. The charge lasts a long time, I'm already a week into using this toothbrush and it still hasn't needed charged. The toothbrush glides over your teeth and doesn't feel too rough for my gums. The toothbrush has a 2 minute timer and every 30 seconds will remind you to switch positions to make sure you brush every area of your mouth. I personally love that feature and already looking into buying a second toothbrush for my daughter.
