Lightweight. Comfortable. Soft. Works a Treat.

I have now used this neck and shoulder heating pad a few times, and I am impressed with the product. It is lightweight, super soft, comfortable, and comes with a decent length cord. For me, 1 and 2 heat settings work plenty well and give me the relief I was hoping for. My thanks to Cowin for an excellent product.
