Grip and Carbon Fiber

Nice grip on handle and carbon fiber makes it feel like the ball will explode off the paddle. I like the darkish color since the paddles in the local store all seem too pastel and desparate for attention.

Lightweight yet durable paddle

I've been super interested in playing Pickleball with my friends so when I saw this paddle at Walmart, I was intrigued. I knew I didn't want to spend a ton of money in case I didn't like it but I also knew that I wanted something that was high-quality and this pro-series paddle checks all the boxes. It is extremely lightweight, super comfortable to grip and made with aluminum which is ideal for beginners. It was perfect for a few fun games, especially since it has the durable edge so I wasn't worried about breaking it!

You don't have to spend a lot for a good paddle.

I am a 3.75 player who was looking for a new paddle that would be easier on my wrist than my elongated paddle I was using. Friends recommended $250 paddles. I bought a $150 one that was also a Franklin. I did not like it. Felt hollow and vibrated too much. A fellow player let me borrow this one, and I liked it so much that I bought my own. Who would think Walmart sells a paddle appropriate for a 3.75 player? I will say it has an ugly look, but it functions to my liking.
