The product was missing a piece that holds the entire center of the couch together. The company that sold the product has been less than helpful in getting the piece needed to complete. Upon delivery the box it was shipped in was demolished and plastic wrapped together as the delivery confirmation photo shows. There was also minor damage fine to the fabric. All photos were sent to the seller and nothing has been resolved. I need the part to complete the couch or half of my money back since I only have half the couch I paid for. It is possible to shorten it to a loveseat without that component but that is not what I ordered or paid for.

First I want to say that the couch is beautiful. However, it was very difficult to put together. It could be done with one person but my advice is at leadt two people. But once it's together you're golden. It's very comfortable. For the price you definately get your money's worth.
