Petite and Easy to Swallow

I've taken these vitamins for a long time. I like that they're petite in size. Not those big fat tablets you get with so many multivitamins. Yes you take these twice a day. Two pills total. Easily done with my lunch and nighttime dinner. No after taste either. If I'm gone away for the day I put two in my little travel pill container, so I can like take them as I would if I were home. I find more energy and less colds or illnesses by taking these petite pills. Highly recommend.
