It removes up to 150 pints of moisture per day in pump mode at 95°F/90% RH, and is DOE-rated at 50 pints/day under standard conditions. With 211 CFM airflow, it covers areas up to 7,000 sq. ft., so you can dry large spaces without running multiple smaller units. Ideal for basements and storage rooms where winter cold and damp can affect stored items and lead to musty odors or mold risk.

The built-in automatic pump supports continuous drainage via the included drain hose, pump water pipe, and 3/4 adapter — drain into a sink, out a window, or into a floor drain with no daily bucket emptying.
