I had been off of cereal for a while as I was watching my sugars, but I find that this doesn't spark my glucose. The crunch is fabulous, and it's chocked full of nuts and fun clusters. I prefer this with milk and of course I put on a dab of splenda just because.

My favorite cereal. It's not high in sugar. It has almond slices and granola bits. I can have it in milk, dry for a crunchy snack or in my yogurt for variety. It does get soggy in milk pretty quick but I don't mind . It's kinda like overnight oats then. Great Cereal Option.
