the process was easy enough, as long as you have an associate that knows how to do a return w/o receipt the transaction goes smooth, which is what everyone should expect. I order online, since I'm a DV and have difficulties walking, my son installed the battery and return it w/o any issues. Thanks to Walmart my car starts every time. The battery seems to be working great, the only thing is that i wish the fully charged voltage was higher, it is hovering at around 12.4-5 volts, I was hoping for 12.6 but the car starts quickly so is ok. Only time will tell if the battery last, I normally get 5-7 years from batteries, I don't think I will get that from this one but if I can get 2 years for the price is ok.

These batteries are awesome. Replaced the exact same battery that was 6 years old. Be advised, if you purchase online, the bar code does not show the $12-$15 core charge although your receipt does under the taxes and fees line. Because of this, it throws the employees into a tizzy. Requires a manger over ride that still doesn't work right, added taxes. Your best bet is to purchase it in store. The printed receipt shows the core. It's definitely a Walmart IT issue.
