Nirlon U Tank Top Sports Bra - Nirlux Womens Tops & Sports Bras for Women - Light Cups, Scoop Neck Workout Tops for Women (Pool Blue, 6)

I got this Nirlon Y Back sports bra because I needed something comfortable for my low-impact workouts and everyday wear. The camisole style and adjustable straps seemed like a versatile combination. The first thing I noticed is the stretchy, soft material, which is comfortable against the skin. The Y-back racerback design is great for a wide range of arm movement without the straps slipping off my shoulders, which is a plus for yoga or stretching. I also really like the adjustable straps. They're easy to use, which is a key feature since customization makes the fit more comfortable and it's helpful for different body sizes. The fit is decent but not perfect. It provides what I'd call low-to-medium support, which matches what other reviewers have mentioned. For walking, light weightlifting, or lounging, it's excellent. However, for high-impact activities like running or intense cardio, I'd want something with more structure. The size runs true to my usual size, but I'd suggest checking the size chart carefully just in case. My only real complaint is that the support is just okay. It's fine for a light workout, but if you need serious support, this might not be your best option. I'm hoping the fabric holds up to washing without losing its stretch. The material seems durable, but that's something I'll have to wait and see on. Good for low-impact days and lounging, but not for high-intensity

This sports bra is made for large chest. Has molded cups. I bet when A woman works out this would be comfortable to wear.
