I keep this in my work bag to make sure I always have a way to keep my laptop (and phone) charged when there is no power outlet around. The large size is no different than carrying a power cord. So far my wife has actually used this to charge her laptop while on the road. It has worked great. I believe this has a low power mode to charge smaller gadgets that don't use QC/PD/PPS but since it's not on the item itself, I and other will probably forget it.
