QATAINLAV Men's Slim Fit Straight Leg Suit Pants Casual Drawstring Elastic Waist Dress Pants Solid Color Business Work Trousers with Pockets

My son has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and normally only wears XXL sweatpants. However we had a wedding to attend. Although the waist is described as elastic and it is. It also has a button and zipper. Buttons and zippers around my son's belly are usually very uncomfortable, and certain materials don't work for him. This is a sensory thing relating to his ASD. Anyway I bought these pants in a size bigger (3X) than he wears in sweatpants as I did not want them to fit too tight. I'm glad I did so. They fit perfectly around the waist. That being said my son is 5' 9" 285 lbs and the legs were too long. This was not an issue as my son wears his socks over the bottom of his pants (again an ASD sensory thing). The material was soft enough that it did not bother my son. He was able to wear and be comfortable in these pants the entire day and evening. These are a huge win for me and I bought them in 2 colors for any future special events we need to attend. Lastly, while I usually stay away from purchasing anything that comes with a shipping charge I'm ecstatic I splurged to get something that works perfectly for my son. Highly recommend these pants.
