Springfield 1840220 Seat Suspension

These are substantial units, should perform well.

Bought 2 of the springfield seat mounts for my main drivers and passenger seats which they were recommended for on the site by a 3rd party seller. Unfortunately when they showed up the packaging label on the boxes for them showed them as a class 'B' mount which by coast guard rules are only good for up to 5 mph. This made them useless to me as my boat travels at much higher speeds. Regrettably I had to return them, they need to be rated class 'A' to drive above 5 mph. Otherwise they look well constructed but the advertising for this product should reflect the intended use .
