I received the product from Walmart and within a few days I actually had a dead battery on my car. It would not start my car's promised. I started a return, but then I decided to call WOLFBOX who did some troubleshooting with me and we're happy to replace the defective unit. Ironically, after a few days of receiving it, my other vehicle battery was dead. The WOLFBOX worked like it should. I have used it for airing tires and it does well. I'm happy with the product, but more happy with the WOLFBOX Customer Serviced .

Unit Great but, lacks Wall Charger.

Everything works as it should. No problem and easy to use. That being said, this model (Wolfbox 4000A Jump Starter) does not come with a wall charger. That is disappointing given the cost of the unit. You really should consider including a charger with the unit. The lesser priced chargers without the air compressor feature do come with a wall charger. This is the only drawback to this model as far as I can tell. I actually had an opportunity to use the compressor feature on a trip recently. Worked as expected. Nice to have in car.
