Better buttons/padding/adapter
A definite step up, these are much easier to wear for longer periods (just keep sweat off of them). The controls are an improvement, with a physical switch for power and a push-in/pop-out voice button. The tactile feedback is pretty nice. The smaller adapter is also less cumbersome and easier to fit into ports along side other plugged in accessories.
