Inaccurate shipment

I ordered Full Length Mirror Tiles (Glass, 12''x12''x 4PCS), but only 2 pieces of 12”x12” arrived and I wrote to linjianhang twice about it and they replied both times that my order was only for 2 pieces, which is not accurate.

The description is 4 pcs, not 1. One is all I got. It's made of flimsy material and not fragile like the packaging says. Not at all as described.
