I actually had a Customer in the store recommend them to me. I'm having problems w/low energy. I've never used mushrooms before, but I feel a noticeable boost in energy while taking the capsules w/the 10-mushroom combo. I originally tried Force Factor's chewable, 7-mushroom combo, %26, while it tasted good, I didn't get any energy boost w/that. The 10- mushroom combo must include a mushroom that works well for me, or that combo is just what I need! Either way, I really like it!!
