It comes in a Very Heavy box! Too heavy for me to lift alone. finally got someone to help me bring it in. Not hard for the basic set up, but many parts I havent bothered trying to figure out. The worse thing is, I have sent 2 messages to this company through Walmart. The 2 pads on the unit comes apart, they move and slide you have to fix them everytime you do anything. I asked for solution, No answer or response yet!
