Warranty information

1. Warranty Terms: All products come with a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers all quality issues but excludes damage or malfunctions caused by customer misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications. 2. Nice and soft. The cushions are not as thick when it expanded as I had thought it would be. The unattached pillow never has expanded even after fluffing up several time and flipping it over a few times in the last 2 days. I guess the kids will get this one 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hello Annette! Thank you for sharing your feedback and acknowledging that the item feels nice and soft. We are sorry the cushions are not as thick as you expected. This sofa bed is vacuum-compressed for shipping, and prolonged compression can slow the foam rebound of the pillow. We suggest continuing to pat and air it out for more time to help the filling recover. If it still does not improve, please contact us via your order page, and we will look into viable solutions for you to enjoy better use. Thank you for your feedback, and hope it will get better over time.

Expectations not met!

This is not what i expected at all! It should be taller and not comfortable at all. I'm gonna wait and see if it inflates more but for now, I'm not happy with the product

Hello anonymous! We sincerely apologize that the item fails to meet your expectations in height and comfort. This product is shipped in compressed packaging. Please pat it thoroughly after unboxing and place it in a well‑ventilated area to rest. It will expand further over time. If you still have concerns after trying this method, please feel free to contact us through your order page. We will work to deliver a better experience for you. Thank you for your feedback.

Giving only 2 stars because while the sofa cover is very soft and nice it really lacks “substance” on the inside to fill it out. The sofa chair arrived in a very flat, vacuum-sealed package for shipping (like normal). BUT… it's been about a month later and the sofa cushions have not “puffed up” very much like in the sellers photos and remains very flat even after trying to manually fluff it up, too. This is NOT the spongy and comfy little sofa I was expecting. 🙁

Hello anonymous! We are sorry the sofa bed have not fully fluffed up to meet your expectation, and we appreciate that you like the soft feel of the sofa cover. Normally, after opening the vacuum packaging, repeated fluffing and airing in a ventilated area for 48–72 hours will allow the cushions to fully expand. What you experienced is quite unusual. Our technical team suspects it may be caused by prolonged compression limiting rebound. Please contact us via your order page and share photos showing the current flat state of the cushions. We will review and offer a suitable solution to improve your experience. Thank you for your feedback.
