great product but not a shampooer

i do like this product but its a bit misleading. i bought this for pet messes . it does not put water out. it work great for stains. but it does not shampoo up things in the traditinal manner. you have to saturate it with their spray and then suck it up. it does have great suction and work well. i ordered another small shampooer that shoots water out for dog mess stains. it does work well though. just not a actual shampoo spot cleaner.

It does clean well but has very short battery and is a bit rough around the edges at times making weird noises and turns off randomly (even when all directions are followed) the product also came partially defective with the spray bottle not spraying which seems to be a common problem

Needs two hands to operate

I wanted to love this, but it did not work well for carpets. It requires two hands to hold it and operate, and you can’t see if it’s sucking any liquid because the angle that it needs to be held you cants see the front to see if it’s working. The suction isn’t that strong. It took two full times (and nearly a full bottle which is $20) to clean up dog urine and the carpet is still crunchy. I really liked: the reversible brush/rubber pad so you don’t damage your upholstery. The rechargeable battery. I think the caddy is superfluous. This is ideal for light jobs, like on upholstery or on a car seat. It does have a CA Prop 65 warning (likely for the battery)
