item didn't come with everything so it said it was coming with the beaker that allows you to put the water in that determines whether you get soft medium or hard boiled was not in it it provided a different one which doesn't even have the lines on it to show you how much water you need for which kind of egg. it was supposed to come with a custard bowl and that was not included.
