This Garmin was an upgrade from a Garmin 235 that I owned for about 10 years. The Garmin 970 accurately logs miles on a treadmill and monitors a wide array of health stats. I use this watch daily as a smartwatch and log runs 3 or 4 times weekly. I don't use the biking or swimming functions, but the app is useful.
