One of the best carpet, upholstery and miscellaneous steam spot cleaners available. It's also very useful that you have to plug it in even though that cord is a little cumbersome you don't have to worry about batteries running out just when you need this, which can happen if you don't use something for a long time. The portability of this versus the Mr carpet one that I had was excellent but the added heating element feature to elevate the temperature and provide steam is unparalleled for the size. I highly recommend this over any other unit out there for small household and other jobs. You can also use this to clean the fixtures in your sink area that get calcium build up over tile and marble where you don't want to use chemicals. As well in the shower to loosen up dirt and hard to clean grout lines. It also comes with a handy fabric steamer that you can use to steam wrinkled garments before wearing. Overall it's the best all-encompassing portable unit on the market
