These slippers may look a little big and clunky but they are the most comfortable things in the world. They are soft and warm with a little raised padding between your foot and the floor. It has been in the single digits where I live in the last few weeks and I didn't have to worry about my feet freezing. My heating type doesn't keep the floors very warm especially on the first floor, and my feet get really cold when the temps drop and these slippers are the warmest ones I've found. The extra padding helps reduce some of my back pain when standing I wear an 8 and got the 8-9 and they are a little roomy but not enough to be dangerous. They do loosen up a little with wear like most slippers so give them a chance if they feel snug at first if you are a size 9. I like them so much I bought a second pair for a gift. The padded soles do extend out a little so they appear really wide and big from the bottom view to where I laughed at first, the extended sole may bother someone, just take that into consideration. I love them and recommend them for the comfort and warmth and I personally think they are cute You could wear them out to get mail or take dogs out but I chose to keep them for inside only to keep them clean and dry. The sole does have a tread pattern and would be OK to wear outside if need be and the raised sole being about 1 inch high would give protection from a small amount of water or snow to keep your feet dry. I've warn them almost daily for 2 months with no issues but can't speak to continued durability. I'm hoping for the best and would replace them in a heartbeat if something happened to them. Better than my more expensive slippers comfort wise but I'm a little unsure about cleaning methods as they are not listed as being washable. I did spot clean with a mild detergent and cloth when I spilled some coffee on faux suede toe area of one and used spray cleaner on the soles and wiped with paper towel with no problems. I still give them 5 stars.

I love these so much, as well as the other styles from this brand. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. This is the 5th pair of this brand I have purchased since late November. Not because they are low quality but because I am obsessed with how comfortable and cute they are. I bought the low how slide on mules, two of the thick soles with the strapped back (I also bought my sister a pair for her birthday) and now my most recent purchase is these pretty in pink pair. Not only are they so very comfortable but they help my painful heels better than any of the expensive orthopedic sneakers I've purchased recently for my plantar fascia. These cuties are made from quality materials and can easy be become addictive.
