Warranty coverage: Limited to the cost of labour and parts required to keep the ebike in proper working order during the warranty period. Please keep your proof of purchase for reference when enquiring about the warranty. Please note that consumables are not covered by the warranty.Tip: The warranty covers failures that may result from use in light rain or riding in surface puddles, but it should not be submerged in water or exposed to heavy rain for extended periods of time. Use in these conditions will void the warranty. - The following parts are warranted under normal conditions of use only and are not covered by warranty for human damage.- Batteries: Batteries are warranted for a period of 6 months for faulty batteries, failure to charge, failure to discharge, low battery life (tested battery life less than 50% of time of purchase at a standard weight of 154lb / 70kg when fully charged), tested capacity less than 60% of rated capacity, and other quality issues. - Motor: 6 months for motor failure.- Controller: 6 months for controller failure.- Instrument: 6 months for instrument failure.
