My cat loves this! However, because it is very expensive, I use it as a treat instead of her grazing dry food. She also gets a half a can of wet food every day in addition to her dry food and I would love to use this as her every day dry food but can't afford it. When I give this to her nugget by nugget, she is meowing loudly and assertively: "Gimmee, Gimmee, Gimmee".

It is extremely difficult to give a comprehensive review; I had Dr. Elsey's send a sample of the Pork kibble which my kitty seemed to enjoy so I ordered a bigger bag from Walmart as I had other purchases. My cat had been recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and soon after receiving the bigger bag, he had stopped eating and passed away. The food is very good and I don't hesitate to recommend it, do it sooner than later to keep your kitties healthy. Of course, there was an age factor and several health related issues.in my case and as cats age they develope health issues. Sometimes no matter how well fed and cared for they are, the inevitable will happen. Some people complain about the price...you get what you pay for.
