Sufix Elite Clear 6 lb Fishing Line

I picked up the Sufix Elite 10lb clear monofilament (330 yards) for my spinning reels mainly for finesse bass fishing, topwater, and light crankbaits in clear water. This is hands-down one of the best monofilament lines I've used in years! First off, the G² Precision Winding is no joke – the line comes off the spool with virtually zero memory. No annoying coils or twists like I get with cheaper brands (looking at you, old Trilene). It lays perfectly on the reel, casts super smooth and far, and handles like a dream even after a full day on the water. Strength-wise, it's tough! The 10lb test feels more like a solid 12lb in other lines – great knot strength (I use improved clinch and Palomar), good stretch for shock absorption when fish jump or run, and it holds up well to light cover/abrasion without fraying easily. I've had zero unexpected break-offs, even pulling fish out of structure. The clear color is low-visibility enough for spooky fish, and it floats nicely for topwater presentations. Overall, this line gives you that "no compromise" performance Sufix advertises – superior strength, easy handling, and durability all in one. If you're tired of budget mono that memory-coils after a few casts or snaps too easily, upgrade to Sufix Elite. Worth every penny – I'll be re-spooling all my reels with this going forward!
