Quality build, even heating.

The appearance of this product when it arrived immediately struck me as high quality. I decided to cook a classic grilled ham and cheese sandwich and the heat distribution was fantastic on my gas burner. No hot spots, great non stick performance, and look at the perfect grill I was able to achieve with this sturdy, solid griddle pan. Can't wait to do some breakfast next!

Nordic Ware Deluxe Grill

I have been really impressed with this reversible grill griddle. The nonstick ceramic coating works great -food releases easily and cleanup is quick. I love having both side , grill side for burgers , chicken and vegetables. It heats evenly across the surface and feels vey sturdy thanks to the heavy cast aluminum construction. The size is perfect for cooking multiple servings at once. Overall, it's a high-quality , versatile griddle that I would definitely recommend.

Easy to clean, large surface, dual cooking sides

Great skillet, easy to clean. I made chicken on the griddle side, quesadillas on the flat side. Planning to make pancakes this weekend. Large surface, I store with my cookie sheets.
