So nice I will be buying more. These chairs and table were very carefully packaged, making a great first impression, and in excellent condition when unwrapped. Smooth finish and perfectly balanced. The parts were each clearly labeled with easy-to-remove labels and no sticky gum left behind. All the screws and bolts were in a perfectly wrapped package that separated out and labeled the different size screws, washers, and bolts making it easy to associate with the excellent instructions. I imagined I would need to use my own tools, but it included the only necessary tools to put it together and they worked perfectly. When I put the machine screws in, I was worried at first, as they didn't seem to fit in the nuts and for a moment I had flashbacks of all the horrible machine screw experiences I had worked with in the past that had ended up stripped and leaving me cussing. I almost stopped right there, but then when I used the tools to start tightening them, they didn't strip at all. They went together smoothly, with every bolt going together easily and tightly - I didn't strain on them at all and yet they were nicely tight as though they would never come loose. Just perfect! Such a relief! No gaps, no misalignments, no loose bolts. I've put a lot of things together and this was the smoothest I've ever worked with. For the price I had expected them to look cheap, but every part of the set was put together with care ... I found no unfinished snags, no shaggy seat cover, and no lopsided pieces. I would warn that they are not meant for kids to jump up and down on or for someone to drop their full weight into too fast, they look wonderful and as though they will hold up to my 250%23 body for years to come and give my patio just the right addition.
