To qualify for this plan, you must meet the following criteria: you must have previously been active on a Walmart Family Mobile full benefit phone plan (e.g., $19.88 plan or higher) for 3 consecutive months or longer, and your current Walmart Family Mobile full benefit phone plan must be in suspension. Monthly opt-in required; limit of 6 opt-ins per 1 year period. Verizon network customers only. Only one plan per account.
