1 of 12 boxes and lids were broken

This review text is styled with strikethrough formatting

Delivery boxes are flimsy and not taped securely. I out of 12 file boxes (lid and box) were cracked with plastic pieces knocked out. Delivery instructions were to leave these at the front door. My neighbor called to tell me they were in front of my garage door (not visible area by ring doorbell).

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.

Terrible lid...

While it's a good size %26 works great with hanging folders, the lid is not very sturdy.

It's unfortunate the totes are sold and sent as a four pack. They arrived stacked in a box and the bottom one completely cracked. I can't get a single replacement tote. I have to replace the whole set and take a gamble that my replacement order won't be cracked.
