Working great

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and I have noticed some difference in my weight lifting and endurance with my cardio. I did find that it doesn't dissolve in water, but that is the least of my worries. I just put 5g with the scoop in my mouth and take a drink of water and down the hatch it goes. I take this 30 minutes after my workout. Thanks ON.

Best Creatine

If you are looking for something that has multiple studies & is great for muscle growth I strongly recommend taking optimim nutritions creatine. Out of all the creatines I have tried I will say this one is the best. It easily dissolved with my beverage and had a decent taste compared to others. Although there is always that option to mix it with electrolytes or a water protien. Personally, I like to take it with electrolytes so I remain hydrated.

Yet another subscription

Before Creatine: I was strong. After Creatine: I was stupid strong. My deadlift spiked 70lbs to almost 5 plates within a month of getting on the goods. I am a believer and hooked. Ok, it wasn't just some magic powder that is probably on some banned list. But I was able to noticable go harder at everything in the gym and in the mountains. It certainly paid off in areas like gym lifting where it is easier to get measurable results. I guess this will now be like my iCloud and Spotify subscriptions – paying for life!
