I bought these for myself. Gave them to my wife. She likes them. I can say the noise canceling must work pretty good. It definitely takes more work to get her attention than the old head phones. I couldn't wear them because of the size. they are maybe even a hair too small for my 5'2 wife. Definitely do not recommend for full size ears.
